The monthly membership fee covers your private apartment, three daily meals in our dining room, housekeeping services, utilities, access to all common areas and activities, and assistance from our staff when needed. It does not include personal care services, transportation, or medical expenses.

Yes, we encourage residents to furnish and decorate their apartments to reflect their personal style. Your apartment comes with basic fixtures, and you're welcome to bring furniture, artwork, and other belongings that make the space feel like home.

If you complete the trial period and decide Harborview isn't the right fit, you simply thank us and leave. There's no pressure to continue, no cancellation fees, and no hard feelings. The trial exists precisely so you can make an informed decision.

Harborview is a residential community, not a medical facility. We don't provide nursing care or medical treatments. Residents manage their own health needs, though our staff can assist with arranging transportation to medical appointments or coordinating with outside care providers if needed.

Simply contact us by phone or email to schedule a visit. We'll arrange a time that works for you to tour the facilities, meet some residents if they're willing, and have a conversation about your situation and interests. There's no appointment fee or obligation.
